This project involves the development of a transit-oriented site in Lawnton for a medium density residential development comprising of 56 townhouses of varying configurations.  This project, once complete, will contribute significantly to the provision of much-needed, affordable family housing in a location that will facilitate greater utilisation of public commuter transport.

Planning and coordination services provided included the assembly and coordination of a professional team, including acoustic engineers to undertake a rail-noise impact assessment, stormwater engineers and landscape architects, extensive negotiations with the local council regarding development design and density and the preparation of a successful material change of use development application.
