Acting ultimately for a national insurance group, Access Town Planning Consultants has secured development consents from the Canterbury-Bankstown City Council in NSW, for the demolition and re-construction of two separate sets of townhouse units destroyed by fire. These are located at Georges Hall and Greenacre in the city of Canterbury-Bankstown, Greater Sydney.

The services provided in this case included assistance in the briefing of architects, surveyors, quantity surveyors and building consultants, the assembly of required development information and documentation to support the applications and the preparation of detailed Statements of Environmental Effects and planning assessments, as required under the NSW Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

The successful completion of these processes has permitted the safe removal of the unsightly remnants of the damaged townhouse units, and the restoration of four family homes.
