Access Town Planning Consultants secured a material change of use and community-title subdivision approval for a dual-occupancy development on a 655m² lot in Sandgate Road, Nundah.

This development involved the retention and renovation of an existing cottage on the site and the development of a new dwelling to the rear of the site, along with new driveway access and car parking arrangements.

This site presented numerous challenges, not the least of which was the fact that it is traversed by an overland flow path which required careful site planning and stormwater management solutions.
